SAYoF leaders are set to attend the AU-EU Forum in Angola, among them the SAYoF Co-Chair Honorable Antsaniavo Rameliniaina, who also serves as the SADC Youth Parliament representative for Madagascar, is participating in the AU-EU Civil Society and Youth Forum 2025, taking place in Luanda, Angola, from 20 November 2025. Among the delegates from SAYoF is the Honorable Thoko J. Mthiko, SADC Youth Parliament representative from Malawi, Honorable Mojapelo SADC Youth Parliament representative for South Africa along with other SADC Youth Leaders. This esteemed event aims to foster dialogue and cooperation between civil society and youth across Africa and Europe, focusing on pressing issues that impact our communities. The Forum will be structured around four key thematic groups: People, Prosperity, Multilateralism, and Peace, Security, and Governance.

The discussions will explore the importance of human development, with a focus on social inclusion, education, and access to health for all. The Prosperity group will engage in conversations about sustainable economic growth, job creation, and innovation, looking for ways to establish partnerships and investments beneficial to both regions. Furthermore, the Multilateralism segment will highlight the significance of international cooperation in tackling global challenges, while the final group will address strategies for promoting peace and security, as well as governance issues that hinder development and stability.
