Accountability Lab East and Southern Africa (ALESA) invites youth aged 18–30 to apply for the Digital Governance Incubator (DGI) and the Climate Justice Incubator (CJI). These programs aim to train, mentor, and support a new generation of young civic leaders who are advancing accountability through technology and climate action. Built upon the legacy of Accountability Lab’s flagship Accountability Incubator, both programs will commence in January 2026.

The Climate Justice Incubator is seeking innovative ideas from young people in Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe for justice-driven climate solutions. Meanwhile, the Digital Governance Incubator is accepting applications from Malawi, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.
