SAYoF, together with Y-ACT (AMREF) and with the support of the SADC Parliamentary Forum (SADC-PF), will conduct a SADC Model Law Development and Domestication Training on 6 May. The training, themed “Young People and Regional Policy Influence: Leveraging the SADC Model Law Process for Meaningful Participation,” will be attended by members of the Southern Africa Youth Parliament, young people from across the region, and other stakeholders. Through this initiative, SAYoF is taking a step to bridge the gap between policymakers and young people by providing the tools that empower youth in the SADC region to influence policy.
