Organized by the East, Central, and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC) in partnership with the African Union Development Agency (AUDA-NEPAD) and the Government of Eswatini, this summit aims to address critical issues affecting youth today.

The summit will feature Dr. Ntuli Nkapologwe, Director-General of ECSA,  and Hon. Thembela Msibi,  who will attend and speak on behalf of the Southern Africa Youth Forum (SAYoF). Other notable speakers include Minister of Health Dr. Matsebula, Hon. Nzima, the Minister of Sport, Culture, and Youth Affairs, Ms. Prudence Ngwenya from the African Union Commission, Mr Linton Mchunu representing AUDA-NEPAD,  Dr. Susan Tembo from WHO-Africa, along with a UNFPA representative and Youth leaders Shawn Delmas and Salome Mosha, among others.

This summit presents a pivotal opportunity for young leaders to engage with policymakers and healthcare professionals, advocating for enhanced sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) and meaningful youth participation in shaping their futures. With an agenda that includes workshops, discussions, and networking opportunities, participants can expect an environment conducive to collaboration and innovation.

As delegates gather in Eswatini, the focus will be on amplifying youth voices and driving forward the health agenda that affects their lives. The summit not only aims to address immediate health challenges but also seeks to create pathways for sustainable growth and development, ensuring that the perspectives of young people are integral to policies that will influence their well-being for years to come. The summit is a pre-meeting to the ECSA-HC Health Ministers Meeting taking place from 02 February 2026 in Eswatini.
